Lena E. Templeton

Lena E. Templeton, 101, formerly of Bridgeton Township, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at LifeQuest Nursing Center in Quakertown, PA.

Born July 14, 1920 in Easton, PA, Lena lived in the State of Delaware, Milford, NJ, and Upper Black Eddy, PA, before moving to Quakertown, PA in 2015. She worked as a food service worker for Mackey’s Food Service and ultimately retired as a food service worker from Delaware Valley Regional High School in Frenchtown, NJ. Lena enjoyed socializing and playing pool with her friends at her local V.F.W. and was also known for maintaining a clean house.

Daughter of the late Benjamin and Helen (Mallon) O’Brien, Sr., Lena is survived by her daughter Priscilla Tinsman of UBE, PA, her brother Benjamin O’Brien, Jr., her niece Roxanne Henderson of Easton, PA, and her two grandchildren George III and Bonnie. She was predeceased by beloved husband Theodore Templeton, Jr. in 2004, as well as her daughter Bonnie Lee, her sister Colleen Henderson, and her nephew John Henderson.

Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ 08848. Interment will be held at the Milford Union Cemetery in Milford, NJ.
