Renee Dorothy Mae Deemer

Renee Dorothy Mae Deemer, 65, of Milford, NJ, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at her home.

Born February 7, 1957 in Quakertown, PA, Renee grew up in Frenchtown, NJ and stayed in the Milford area her whole life. She graduated from Delaware Valley Regional High School in 1975. Renee attended Rider College for two years. She worked as a secretary for lawyer George Walton, Esquire in Milford, NJ. Renee was also a homemaker. One of her favorite pastimes was sewing. Renee was known for sewing clothes and even made her own wedding gown. She was an avid animal lover and loved caring for her animal family.

Daughter of the late Walter Bean and Esther Jane (Hall) Youngken, Renee is survived by her beloved husband Gary W. Deemer, with whom she would have celebrated 30 years of marriage this September 12. She is also survived by her brother Frank Youngken and his wife Kathy of Idaho, her two cousins Bertha Hall and Arthur “Buddy” Hall and his wife Marilyn, and her many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Renee's Life will be held Sunday, September 4, 2022 at 11:15am at the First United Church of Christ in Milford, NJ, where everyone is invited to wear pink, her favorite color. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Church of Christ, 48 Church St. Milford, NJ 08848.
