Angela M. D'Avanzo, 94, of Pittstown, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 25, 2024, on her birthday at Serenity Hospice Care in Hamilton, NJ.

She was born in Archbald, PA, raised her family in Union, NJ, and settled in Pittstown, NJ to enjoy country living. Angela was a homemaker. She loved cooking, baking, reading, crossword puzzles, phone calls, taking care of her home, gardening, cross stitching, knitting, and spending time with her family. She was also an avid animal lover, especially cats, and a huge Yankee fan and sports enthusiast. Angela will be remembered as "MeMe"; a very giving person, who always lived life "her way".

She is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Daniel D'Avanzo, son Richard D'Avanzo, daughter Carla Roselle and husband Tony, granddaughter Brianna and husband Andrew, granddaughter Shaina and fiancé Andrew, grandson Nicholas, and great-grandson Cole. Her parents predeceased her; Vito and Filomena Yacullo, and siblings; Lucy Lawrence, Nicholas Yacullo, and Dante Yacullo.

Services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.
