Charles F. Zub, 70, of Baptistown, NJ, died Monday, March 25, 2013 in Trenton, NJ. He was the beloved father of Wendy L. Andrews and Geoffrey S. Zub.

Born in Phillipsburg, NJ on April 26, 1942, he was the only son of the late Karel and Sophia (Perchaylo) Zub. Charles was a resident of Baptistown, NJ for the last 3 years and previously resided in London, England for over 30 years. He was raised and educated in the Delaware Valley area. Charles attended Union College where he received two bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics and was a member of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. He also attended Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he received an MBA in Quantitative Methods. Charles was a supportive Dad and devoted Grandpa who enjoyed making things with his grandchildren, watching them play sports, and cooking apple crepes.

In addition to his children, Charles is survived by his son-in-law Michael Andrews of Foxboro, MA, daughter-in-law Virginia Zub of Franklin, MA, and four grandchildren; Paul and Lauren Andrews of Foxboro, MA, and Anya and Cailyn Zub of Franklin, MA, as well as his former wife Judith Porter of Foxboro, MA. Charles was predeceased by his aunt, Anne Zub.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ. Visitation will also be held on Thursday from 6:00-7:00 PM, prior to the service at the funeral home.
