Grace Ellen McCollick, 86, of Holland Township, NJ passed away on Monday November 8, 2010 at her home.

Born February 8, 1924 in Riegelsville, PA, Grace lived in Milford and Holland Township, NJ for over 60 years. She graduated from Easton High School in 1941. She was a homemaker and, at one time, had worked at Orrs Department Store in Phillipsburg. During WWII, Grace worked for the Riegel Paper Corp. in Hughesville. She was an amazing cook and cooked many meals for the Milford Lions Club and her churchs dinners. She enjoyed spending time with her family, flowers, gardening and canning. She was known to her family as Amazing Grace and will be dearly missed them.

Grace was a long time member of the Holland Presbyterian Church where she served as a deacon for over 40 years and sang in the choir. She was also a life long member of the Presbyterian Womans Association and a member of the Rebekahs.

Daughter of the late Clarence and Hannah Hammerstone, Graces husband Frank McCollick, Jr. passed away September 8, 2009. She is survived by her loving daughters, Eileen Brown of Holland Township, Cathleen Collett and her husband Joseph of Alpha, NJ and Carol Doeringer of Phillipsburg, her sister in law, Lorretta Hammerstone of Riegelsville, PA and her beloved grandchildren, Jason and Hannah Collett.

Funeral services will be held on Friday November 12, 2010 at 11 AM at the Holland Presbyterian Church, 302 Church Rd., Holland Township, NJ. Interment will follow in Greenwich Cemetery in Greenwich Township, NJ. Visitation will also be Friday at the church, from 10 to 11 AM, prior to the service. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, Milford, NJ.
