James A. Fulper Obituary

James Albert Fulper, 76, of Frenchtown (Kingwood Township), NJ passed away on Thursday June 10, 2010.

Born September 8, 1933 in Springtown, NJ, James attended Phillipsburg High School and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He worked for the Frenchtown Porcelain Co. for 42 years before retiring in 1993. James was an avid sports fan and was especially fond of Philadelphia teams. He was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed going to the races. He loved spending time with his wife, family and friends and was especially proud of his grandchildren.

Son of the late Albert and Irene Hager Fulper, Jim is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Jean L. Cochran Fulper, daughter Cindy S. Pinilla and her husband Edgar of Milford, NJ, son James L. and his wife Linda of Milford, NJ, grandsons Andres Pinilla and his wife Carolina of Atlanta, GA, Daniel Pinilla of Atlanta, GA, Nicholas Pinilla, Michael Pinilla and James L. Fulper Jr. all of Milford, NJ, a great grandson, Jonathan Pinilla, is expected the end of July, four sisters Patricia Wilcox of Bethlehem, PA, Nancy Decker of Venice, FL, Delores Hager of Carpentersville, NJ and Bernice Miers of Venice, FL. He was predeceased by his brother John and sister Marilyn Fulper.

Funeral services will be held on Monday June 14, 2010 at 11 AM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Rd, Holland Township, NJ, with Pastor Timothy Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Upper Tinicum Cemetery. Visitation will also be Monday from 10 11 AM, prior to the service at the funeral home.
