Joseph R. Hendricks, 76, of Milford, NJ passed away on Wednesday August 8, 2012 at his home.

Born January 4, 1936 in Carversville, PA, Joseph lived in Bucks County, PA before moving to Milford, NJ in 1965. He worked at Eastern Blasting Co. in New Hope, PA for 30 years before retiring.
Joseph enjoyed NASCAR and was an avid Dale Earnhardt fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Son of the late Lester and Anna Cooper Hendricks, Joseph is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Sylvia Szekeres Hendricks, two sons Joseph Hendricks, Jr. and his wife Judit of Alexandria Twp., NJ and Robert Hendricks of Bushkill Twp., PA, two daughters Sharon Hendricks and her husband John of Bristol, PA and Catherine Anderson and her husband Dennis of Holland Twp., NJ, six grandchildren Jenica, Alain, Brianne, Jarrod, Julius and Vivian and a great grandson Troy.

Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, Milford, NJ.
