June T. Scheetz Obituary

June T. Scheetz, 84, of Easton, PA, formerly of Holland Township, NJ passed away on Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Manor Care Nursing Home in Easton, PA.

Born October 14, 1928 in Upper Black Eddy, PA, June lived most of her life in Mt. Pleasant and Holland Township, NJ. She attended Frenchtown High School. June was a homemaker. She and her husband Grant owned the Milford Feed Company in Milford, NJ. June enjoyed reading and collecting figurines. She was a former member of the Alexandria First Presbyterian Church in Mt. Pleasant, NJ.

Daughter of the late Frank and Jennie (Opdyke) McCollick, June is survived by her son Laine Scheetz and his wife Arlene of Milford, NJ, her sister Leona Dipple of Holland Township, NJ, her two granddaughters Bonnie Woods and her husband Robert Gorey and Tonya Scheetz, her grandson Kyle Scheetz and three great-grandchildren Grace, Evelyn and Robert. She was predeceased by her first husband Frederick Cronce (1947), her second husband Grant L. Scheetz (1994), her daughter Sharon Woods and two brothers Frank McCollick, Jr. and Woodrow McCollick.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday April 11, 2013 at 11 AM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Alexandria Township, NJ. Visitation will also be held on Thursday from 10 11 AM, prior to the service at the funeral home.
