Minnie Theresa Neukum Obituary

Minnie Theresa Neukum, 83, of Kingwood Township, NJ passed away on Thursday April 23, 2009 at her home.

Born September 19, 1925 in New York City, Minnie lived in Kingwood Township, NJ since 1946.

She worked at the Hunterdon Developmental Center in Clinton, prior to that she had worked for RCA in Somerville, NJ and the Frenchtown Porcelain Co. Minnie was an excellent cook and enjoyed crocheting. She was an avid gardener and proud of her vegetable garden. She was a member of Our Lady of Victories R.C. Church in Baptistown, NJ, and a member of the Kingwood Merry Mixers, and had organized many of their trips.

Daughter of the late John and Mary Baldasty, Minnies beloved husband, Martin Mac Neukum passed away in 2006. She is survived by her sister-in-law Elizabeth Schaffer, her brother-in-law Joseph Cacamis, two loving nephews John Bauer and his wife Angela of Waldwick, NJ and Michael Schaffer and his wife Nancy of Forked River, NJ. She was predeceased by her two sisters Anna Bauer and Josephine Cacamis.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday April 29, 2009 at 11 AM at Our Lady of Victories R.C. Church, Rt. 519, Baptistown (Kingwood Township), NJ. Visitation will be from 10 11 AM at the church prior to the Mass. Entombment will follow at St. Magdelens Mausoleum in Flemington, NJ. Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Rd., Milford, NJ 08848.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kingwood Township Rescue Squad, PO Box 89, Baptistown, NJ 08803.
