Miriam E. Stull, 86, of Upper Black Eddy (Nockamixon Twp.), PA passed away on Wednesday June 9, 2010 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenburg in Bethlehem, PA.
Born February 29, 1924 in Upper Black Eddy, PA, Miriam was a life long resident there. She had worked at Krauses in Frenchtown and then for Javes Bakery in Milford. She then worked for the Upper Black Eddy Post Office for several years as a carrier and then a sorter in the office. Miriam was a former member of the Upper Tinicum Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Milford Senior Citizens and a long time member of the Upper Black Eddy Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxillary. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.
Daughter of the late Lowell E. and Florence R. Minder Blanchard, Miriams beloved husband of 48 years, Sidney Stull, Jr., passed away in 1989. She is survived by her daughter Janet Cooper and her husband Charles of Holland Township, NJ, two sons Robert E. Stull of Upper Black Eddy, PA and Kenneth L. Stull and his wife Peggy-Ann of Holland Township, NJ, a brother Kenneth Blanchard of Crossville, TN, four grandsons Richard and Randy Shive and Brian and Kevin Stull, five great grandchildren, three step grandchildren and eight step great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her infant daughter RuthAnn (1943) and her son-in-law Kenneth Shive (1989).
Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 12, 2010 at 11 AM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Rd., Holland Township, NJ 08848. Interment will follow in Upper Tinicum Cemetery.
Visitation will also be Saturday from 10 11 AM prior to the service at the funeral home.
