Naomi Blanchard, 80, of East Greenville, PA, formerly of Upper Black Eddy, PA, passed away on Wednesday December 14, 2011 at Grand View Hospital in West Rock Hill Township, PA.
Born July 10, 1031 in Uhlerstown, PA, Naomi lived in Upper Black Eddy, PA for many years before moving to Tennessee in 1996. She moved to East Greenville, Bucks County, PA, earlier this year.
Naomi graduated from Frenchtown High School. She had held different jobs throughout her life and was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, camping and riding motorcycle with her beloved husband. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.
Daughter of the late Thomas and Mabel (Schaible) Durnan, Naomi is survived by her husband of over 58 years, Kenneth L. Blanchard, her son Bruce Blanchard and his wife Virginia of Ottsville, PA, sister Virginia Blackwell of Ringoes, NJ, two grandchildren Brandon and Lisa and three great grandchildren Robert, Jacob and James. She was predeceased by her son Robert Blanchard.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of her family. Interment will be private in Upper Tinicum Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, Milford, NJ.
