Norman J. Sutton, Jr., 75, of Holland Township, NJ passed away on Monday May 30, 2011 at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born August 10, 1935 in Abington, PA, Norman lived most of his life in Milford, NJ. He graduated from Frenchtown High School and Churchmans Business School in Easton. He served in the U.S. Army during peace time. Norman was a police officer for the town of Milford and served as Chief of Police for many years. He retired in 1992. He was an exempt member of the NJ State Firemans Association and a long time member of the Milford Vol. Fire Co. and the Rescue Squad.

Son of the late Norman J. and Agnes Mich Sutton, Sr., Norman is survived by two brothers Howard W. Sutton and his wife Florence of Dallas, PA and Robert R. Sutton of Milford, NJ and many nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at Nockamixon Union Cemetery in Ferndale, PA. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, Milford, NJ.
