Sadie E. Robbins Obituary

Sadie E. Robbins, 66, of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Warren Hospital.

Born May 3, 1943, Sadie graduated from Frenchtown High School. She lived in Frenchtown, NJ and Milford, NJ prior to moving to Phillipsburg, NJ last year. She worked at RTS Packaging in Kingwood Township. Sadie was an avid bowler and played in leagues at Frenchtown and Warren Lanes. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

Daughter of the late John and Mabel (Duvall) Dilley, Sadie is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Harvey Robbins; son Thomas Robbins and his companion Sharon Tardanico of Easton, PA; daughters Cynthia Robbins of Phillipsburg, NJ, Alice Faveraux and her husband Mark of Hellertown, PA, Melissa Torok and her husband Robert of Upper Black Eddy, PA; brothers and sisters Benjamin Dilley, Patricia Smith, Jack Dilley, Daniel Dilley; 12 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Linda Robbins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13, 2009 from 10-11am at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Rd., Holland Township, NJ. Private interment will follow at Milford Union Cemetery.
