Stanley T. Zambek, 91, of Alexandria Township, NJ passed away on Friday August 28, 2009 at Valley View Care Center in Frenchtown, NJ.

Born November 11, 1917 in Passaic, NJ, Stanley lived in Baptistown, NJ before moving to Upper Black Eddy, PA in 1975. Stanly graduated from Frenchtown High School. He was a farmer on his family owned business, Gradview Dairy Farms in Baptistown until 1971. He worked at Lipton Tea in Flemington, NJ and retired in 1985. Stanley was of the Baptist faith.

Son of the late Henry and Angela Hendzik Zambek, Stanleys beloved wife Eva T. Hack passed away in 1986. He is survived by his daughter Jane Downer of Flemington, NJ, brother Walter Zambek of Baptistown, NJ, and two nephews Gary and Mark. He was predeceased by his brother Henry Zambek, Jr. and his sister Irene Koches.

Services are private. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home in Milford, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kingwood Twp. Rescue Squad, PO Box 89, Baptistown, NJ 08803.
