Stephanie Kania Obituary

Stephanie Kania, 93, of Alexandria Township, NJ passed away on Tuesday May 22, 2012 at the Valley View Care Center in Alexandria Township.

Born April 9, 1919 in Shamokin, PA, Stephanie lived in New York City for forty years, before moving to Everittstown, Alexandria Township, NJ in 1958. After graduating high school, she attended Wilfred Beauty Academy in New York City. She worked at R.H. Macys Department Store in New York City for many years. Stephanie enjoyed gardening and collecting stamps.

Daughter of the late John D. and Theresa Koziar Kania, Stephanie is survived by three nieces. She was predeceased by her sister Mary Berka and her brother John D. Kania, Jr..

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday May 29, 2012 at 11 AM at the Frenchtown Cemetery, Rt. 29, Frenchtown, NJ 08825. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, Milford, NJ.
