Susan P. Opdycke, 57, of Pennsburg, PA, formerly of Uhlerstown (Tinicum Twp.), PA, passed away on Friday April 8, 2011 at Pennsburg Manor.

Born January 13, 1954 in Phillipsburg, NJ, Susan lived in Uhlerstown and Pt. Pleasant, PA before moving to Pennsburg six years ago. Her joy in life was spending time with her family. She was a former member of the Milford Presbyterian Church in Milford, NJ.

Daughter of the late Eddy Warford and Arlene J. Sloyer Opdycke, Susan is survived by her brothers Eddy Warford Opdycke II and his wife Judith of Uhlerstown, PA and Robert G. Opdycke and his wife Katherine of Richmond, VA, her sister Faith O. Lovett of Alpha, NJ, nephew Durham Holtmeier and nieces Lisa Vicari, Ursula Hanna, Anne Opdycke-Price and Morghan Rake. She was predeceased by her two nephews Eddy Warford Opdycke III and Hugh Evans Opdycke.

Graveside services and interment will be held on Monday April 11, 2011 at 11 AM at the Frenchtown Cemetery, Trenton Ave. (Rt. 29), Frenchtown, NJ with Pastor Linda Bullock officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, Milford, NJ.
