Victor Sonny Dexheimer, Jr., 84, of Tinicum Township, PA passed away on Sunday June 6, 2010 at his home.
Born November 6, 1925 in Bloomsbury, NJ, Victor was a life long resident of Tinicum Township, PA. He served in the US Navy and was a veteran of WWII. He worked as an oil burner technician at Stem Brothers, Inc. in Milford, NJ for many years. Victor was a loving father, teacher and friend to all. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Son of the late Victor and Marie Matthenius Dexheimer, Victors beloved wife, Dorothy Weaver Dexheimer, passed away in 2001. He is survived by two sons, Kenneth and his wife Vicky and Kevin and his wife Joyce, all of Erwinna (Tinicum Twsp.), PA, a sister Helen Boone of Alamo, NV, his granddaughter Kelly Dexheimer of Erwinna, PA and a great grandson Tanner. He was predeceased by two brothers Jake and George, a sister Louise Dexheimer and a grandson Matthew Dexheimer who passed away in 1993.
A Celebration of Victors life will be held on Sunday June 27, 2010 at 3 PM at the Bridgeton Athletic Assoc., Bridgeton Hill Rd. in Upper Black Eddy (Bridgeton Twsp.), PA.
