Sean Patrick Fishbourne

Sean Patrick Fishbourne

Sean Patrick Fishbourne, 33, of Holland Township, NJ, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024.

Born January 27, 1991 in Bristol, PA, Sean was a lifelong resident of Holland Township, NJ. He graduated Delaware Valley Regional High School in 2009 and attended Stockton University.

The son of John F. and Margaret A. (Culcasi) Fishbourne, Sean is survived by his sisters Kelly and Kaitlyn Fishbourne and brother Corey Fishbourne and his wife Nicole; Sean is also survived by his paternal grandfather John Fishbourne and his wife June, his paternal grandmother Philomena Fishbourne, and his maternal grandmother JoAnn Culcasi, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Sean was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, the late Ignatius Culcasi (2018).

Sean was a profound thinker with a deep passion for music and literature, and an avid concertgoer—he’d never miss a chance to see his favorite band, Modest Mouse, perform. He also enjoyed going skiing with his family. Sean was kind and quiet by nature, but he had a quick wit and a sharp sense of humor; he liked nothing more than engaging in spirited debates on almost any subject, from philosophy to Japanese anime. Whether he was playing the guitar, on an anime-watching marathon, or reading a new novel, his dog Stella would always be right by his side. Above all, Sean was a loving son, brother and grandson. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 5-7:30 PM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ. A Celebration of Sean’s Life will follow at 7:30PM, officiated by Certified Funeral Celebrant Henry C. Taylor.

Interment will take place at a later date, at the Greenwich Cemetery. All arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, Milford, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made, in lieu of flowers, to National Alliance on Mental Illness www.nami.org/donate or NAMI 4301 Wilson Blvd., Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203
